Registration will be carried out through cash payment, bank deposit or transfer, or via electronic payment gateway (POS).
Companies or individuals requiring an invoice must request it in advance.
Registration will be considered effective upon sending a copy of the payment receipt, deposit confirmation, or transfer confirmation to the following email: apc@sommeliersperu.edu.pe
This communication must include the following information:
- Course reference (indicating schedule)
- Full name
- DNI or identification document
- Date
- Health-related intolerances or allergies
Payments and transfers must be made in U.S. dollars.
Course registration will be considered complete when the registration document sent by our institution is fully completed and duly signed, as well as the acknowledgment of these policies.
If the student has any type or degree of disability or requires specific assistance, please notify us before final acceptance. ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA will make every effort to adequately respond to this particular demand and circumstance. However, the student must await written confirmation from ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA before completing registration. Our organization is committed to providing students with maximum accessibility and comfort within our facilities.
Cancellation of the course must be done via email at least 15 business days before the course start date. Once the cancellation process is accepted and confirmed, a refund, less administrative expenses, will be made within 30 working days. In the case of cash payments, the student must provide bank account details with the respective code.
If the candidate is unable to attend the course and notifies us within the agreed time frame, we can hold an open spot only for the next scheduled course. The difference between the total amount paid for the course and the administrative fees will be refunded. Administrative fees (materials, exam, courier, customs, administration) amount of US$130, including legal taxes.
Any student who has attended part of an in-person session will be considered to agree with the terms and conditions of ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA and will be responsible for administrative expenses and any outstanding balance of the course fee.
The candidate is solely responsible for notifying ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA of any changes to their personal data.

ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course up to 3 business days before the start date if the minimum number of enrolled students is not reached to carry out the course, or up to 1 day before due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure.
In case of postponing the course, ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA will promptly inform the candidate of the new dates. If the new dates are unsuitable for the candidate and they have an official, verifiable reason (plane ticket, reservation, etc.), the total amount minus the aforementioned administrative fees will be refunded.
If the total course amount has not been paid, ACADEMIA PERUANA DE CATA may prevent the student from taking the final exam or attending any classes.
